Pumpkin Patch 2015
We decided to go to the smaller pumpkin patch this year considering that Skyler had already been to the big one as a field trip and Liam would much prefer to play with his friends in the neighborhood these days rather than go with his family on an excursion (sniff sniff). Although not as extravagant as in past years, we did have a great time!
After Presley went to sleep, we carved our pumpkins. It is still too hard for the kiddos to push the knife through the pumpkin safely so we helped with that part, but they LOVED pulling out the insides. Liam chose a white pumpkin this year and Presley chose one with warts. Skyler chose the biggest one she could carry (that’s the rule).
And of course, we had hot chocolate and spiced cider.
On a related note, here are some pictures from Skyler’s pumpkin patch field trip. Thank you grandma for going with! I think that’s the 4h or 5th pumpkin patch trip she has been on! LOL.
