Skyler time and a new Minivan…yes, I said minivan!

I got to spend some QT with my Skyler today as we drove to Boise to trade in my hot red Jeep for a boring, grey minivan. But don’t be too disappointed in me until you hear me out. We tried so hard to find an SUV that didn’t cost a million $$s and that got more than 14 miles/gallon on the highway.…

Birthday Weekend

We had the BEST time in Sundance this weekend to celebrate my birthday. Happy kids, happy husband, happy friends…could not have asked for more. We mountain biked, hiked to a waterfall, went caving, zip lined, got a massage and drank lots of good wine. Someone pinch me. Kim, Will, Alex and…

Sage School Play

After exploring their ancestry all year at Sage, the 6th and 7th grade kiddos put on a play last night showcasing some of the stories they learned from parents and grandparents about their families of the past. There were stories from the Holocaust, to curing smallpox, to battles in WW2, to Liam…

Presley’s Gymnastics Performance

It’s been very cool to watch Presley this year thrive in gymnastics! She has, like so many, had a bit of a rough year. Being only 7 and trying to make sense of the world changing the way it did during COVID was no easy feat. Yet, as with the other kids, sports have been a savior. She always seems…

Skyler and the run of her life (so far)

What an exciting weekend!!! And SO MUCH FUN! It started on Friday morning at 9o’clock when we drove to Jackson hole. It was storming and we barely made it over the pass. The scariest driving I have ever done. We were the last car to get over the pass before they closed it. All of Skyler‘s…

Skiing with Presley

I got to take my little one out to ski after school today! She was so psyched that it was just the two of us and was ready to show her mom all she had learned. She was a chatter box the whole time and I loved every minute of it. Oh...and ps...she’s getting GOOD!! ????????

I am participating in Idaho Rivers United’s River Run and was wondering if you would support me.

Idaho Rivers United works to protect and restore Idaho’s rivers and native fisheries, a cause very important to me. Idaho’s rivers need ongoing dedicated protections to keep our waters running clean, clear, and full of fish.

To participate in the River Run, I rafted down the Middle Fork River and had a great time. I saw lots of different kinds of fish and even a black bear.  They were all in their natural habitat and I want to keep it that way so all wildlife can be happy forever.

Please consider supporting me in my efforts for this worthy cause!
